I just had an air duct cleaning service person tell me I have asbestos insulation in the attic and ducts and we’ve been circulating the air from the heater and A/C for 6 months now. This is a rental home, do we have any rights to request an overhaul to remove it, should we be concerned since we only lived here a small time about health hazards (we have a 3 year old and a newborn). please advise.
